Query Development

• SQL Editor - Quickly create, execute, modify and save queries, view and edit data, and process DDL commands from an easy-to-use interface.

• Automatic statement completion

• Add/remove application code—Add syntax for another development tool such as Visual Basic or C# to the SQL statement in the Editor so that it can be pasted into the development tool's code. You can also remove any syntax specific to the code development tool from the SQL statement so you can execute it in Toad.

• Keep up with project or daily tasks using new To-Do Items. If you double-click on a To-Do item, you can add a due date and a custom tool tip. When the item is past due, the item's text turns red.

For example, a single script can run reports, queries, and scripts; save results in Excel spreadsheets and other files; and distribute results to the business community via email or shared file locations.
